  • 1939 Wangsgaard was established by Reed Wangsgaard.
  • 1985 JM Mechanical was established by Jay Jenks.
  • 1997 JM Mechanical joined forces with Service Experts to form JM Mechanical Service Experts.
  • 2001 Wangsgaard joined the team of JM Mechanical Service Experts to form the largest Heating & Air Conditioning Company in Northern Utah.
  • 2004 the previous owners purchased back JM Mechanical/Wangsgaard from Service Experts.
  • 2010 JM Mechanical expands services to include a full service plumbing department.
  • 2013 Increased the size of our duct shop to better service our customers’ needs
  • 2015 Awarded top 3 Trane dealers in Utah
  • 2017 Became a Trane Comfort Specialist for the Trane group
  • 2019 Award for customer satisfaction as a Trane Comfort Specialist
  • 2022 Currently running 22 service vehicles for Residential customers
